As baseball great Yogi Berra quipped, “It’s Deja Vu all over again.” except that this is no laughing matter in the Golden State. While environmentalists are trying to recover from the recent ouster of California’s Coastal Commission Executive Director, the incorruptible  Dr. Charles Lester, we’ve been sucker punched again. This time, it’s SoCal’s Air Quality Management District leader Barry Wallerstein. Both are good men,  both sorely needed to protect our oceans and our air supply, both ousted for the crime of putting the public’s needs before the needs of the fossil fuel industry and big development. Speak out, use social media, follow the money and vote out of office corrupt officials that are representing corporate greed and unregulated development instead of our people.
